Salon Polices
If you need to cancel or reschedule I understand, please do so with a minimum of a weeks advanced notice. **All changes or cancellations to any extension services, you must give a two week advanced notice.**
Cancelations or rescheduling with less than a weeks notice (two weeks for extension services) will result in a cancelation fee of 50% of the service booked.
No call, no show or canceling day of service is 100% of the service booked. This fee must be paid before you can book another appointment.
You are given a 15-minute grace period before you will need to reschedule your service. If you are more than 5 minutes late, it may impact the service for which you are scheduled, and you may have to forgo part of your service.
If you reschedule last minute (less than 5 days notice) more than two times a year, you may be restricted to only being able to book the week of, as you are taking away time from the stylist and another client that could have been scheduled there.
Payment is due at the time of service. Extensions & keratin treatments require a deposit to book an appointment, and the remaining balance is due at the time of service. There are no refunds. If you are not happy with the outcome of the service(s) provided, you have 7 days to contact Zuri and arrange for a follow-up visit. Alterations to the previous service must be performed within 14 days of the initial service.
Please keep in mind that canceling with a weeks notice doesn’t guarantee I will be able to fill that slot, the more notice the better. As a small business owner it’s important for me to balance empathy with a need to protect my financial stability of my business. Thank you for understanding!
Liability Waver
I agree that I will not hold Zuri Blair Salon and or its employees liable in any way for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any services provided.
I release Zuri Blair Salon and/or its employees from all claims and actions of every kind that I might have because of services rendered.
I will indemnify and hold harmless Zuri Blair Salon and/or its employees free from all loss, damage, claims and actions of every kind that they incur or that are claimed or brought against them by any party because of services rendered.
